Grand Theft Auto IV website launches

The trailers have suggested that this upcoming GTA will finally take the series to a more serious, mature place, and the website seems to reflect that. It's far classier than previous efforts, while still maintaining the tongue-in-cheek humor the franchise has been known for.

yea that is one of the main reasons i am so excited for this game. i mean always buy GTA games but im never this excited about it! i absolutely loved the multiplayer in the PSP versions even with all of its glitches so online multiplayer should be that much better. i used to stand on top of the hill in the middle of Liberty City in LCS and snipe the fuck out of my friends that dont seem to understand that they cant walk down that road cause im mean with a sniper. April 29th can not come fast enough.

haha u 2? mines is blocked 2. but they have a looooooot of hype and delays they have to pray to god they live up to expectations. this game could have so easily been a co-op game and its disappointing that its not. especially with the storyline that his cousin got him out here into trouble. its so much more fun to play with a buddy these companies need to realize that. but im curious to how the multiplayer is going to work in this game

lol ur on PS3 fanboy, what do you think we r going to suggest? but honestly, the 360 version does have the extra DLC so i think it has a slight advantage. not sure about trophies/achievements either so that could be a factor too if your into the whole eWang thing.
(and im assuming by PS4 you mean PS3)

Wat da hell's wrong wit ps3 first it cancels saints row and focuses all its attention on saints row 2 i guess i can live with dat.But its going to let the xbox 360 have more content thats stupid as hell and they need to syop being so cheap.Some one please wright me back with some info

When I load up the site and enter my age (which was over 21) the site turns black and refuses to load.

am i the only one that is seriously disappointed in the crappy graphics? it barely looks better than the ps2 versions on the gta series. squared off, blocky character designs... choppy edges... no real lighting to speak off... etc.
granted.. thats not whats really important... but for a next gen game, and all the hype everyone is giving it, i would expect something a little more than "wii level" graphics.

I would say get the PS3 version.
The game will run identically according to the latest reports.
I have all the old gta games for both PS2 and old xbox and while the game looks better on the xbox1 I hate the controls it makes it almost unplayable and i think it will be the same control wise for this gen, The game just BELONGS on Sony hardware with sixaxis/duelshock3 controls.
I also want to play LONG sessions of this game and I dont want to be worrying about my 360 getting its inevitable red ring of death sooner or later due to shoddy engineering. I want to play it on a console that is completely reliable not one that is noisy and is guaranteed to break down. The extra side missions that MS have paid for are just short irrelevant side missions that wont even come out for ages and PS3 is getting its own DLC as well. GTA IV belongs on blu ray on PS3, no matter how microsoft try to steal it from us for their dodgy unreliable breaking downable old fashioned noisy dvd based stupid crap box.
It is also a well known fact that...
R* secretly love Sony the best, they know that their fortune and this franchise was founded truly with the popularity and sales of GTA III on PS2 They love us for that, they love us more than microsoft who they secretly hate.
PS3 is the definitive reliable version with its own DLC and way better controls...You wont have to send your PS3 off in a coffin to get it fixed halfway through the game....like will happen to lots of people every day who chose the xbox360 dvd game i feel sorry for them

Sprunk game is funny!
I like the way they offer Sprunk myspace codes, more game sites should advertise their games that way.
A GTA IV myspace code would be pretty awesome!
