GDC08: PixelJunk Eden trailer contains quirky graphics, intrigue
Gameplay-wise, the video keeps its cards close to its chest. It's clearly a physics based inertia and momentum simulator that requires you to navigate a constantly morphing landscape in order to collect various items littering the environment. Sounds fairly simple, but hopefully Q-Games will be working their magic and putting some depth into the game. We're looking forward to seeing how this one develops and we simply can't wait until we get our hands on some high-def screenshots. That art style is hypnotic.

Pixel Junk Monsters has easily become one of my favorite games. They really seem to know how to put out an addictive game. This looks very different from their past two games which is good.

this almost seems like locoroco with a less cute(but still very awesome) style

This one might be a solid but not great game if it follows the pattern
Nifty they did the "earth" ps3 music visualizer.

I love it already. flOw, flOwer, Everyday Shooter and now, this. They all have that "indie game riding on a big budget" vibe.

I dont get it.. but I guess thats kinda the idea..
I am a PixelJunk fan, so I'll definitely be watching eagerly for more on this one. Nice to see something on it already.

Am i the only one who liked PixelJunk racers?
I don't like playing the game by myself but get 3 friends over, crack some beers, and start playing Speed Monkey and you've got a great night.

No your most definately not, its a quality game that does everything its meant to do, but because it doesnt appeal to everyone apparently its no good.
Some of my fondest PC game memories come from playing top-down racing games like Slicks 'n' Slide (similar to GeneRally) which must have been a good 12-15 years ago, sadly there hasnt been anything else for years and while PJR isnt free roaming the game modes more than make up for it, and i dont care how many times ive done it and how frustrated i feel when my car blows up doing Speed Monkey, i still have a big grin on my face cos its so chaotic and fun driving at such stupid speeds. Unfortunately non of my mates like it and the only people that do are my Bro and his GF and they're 100+ miles away.

this looks awesome, i just really hope the sound is more like fl0w and not that generic house music.
