Dear Sega, please bring this game to the US. Signed, everyone. That's really all we have to say after
looking at the latest massive batch of pictures released for Sega's
Valkyrie of the Battlefield: Gallian Chronicles ... or whatever the official name will end up being. Not only is the sketch-art style fantastic, but the gameplay promises to be something fresh for 3rd person shooter and RPG fans alike.
We see some new characters in these pictures and what appears to be
the valkyrie of the battlefield. Of course, it may just be our overactive imaginations. Sega, please. No more
Sonic. Focus on bringing stuff like this over. We'd all be very proud!

Yep, that's totally beyond expectations of an image of a chick with a huge blue cock. Lookin' good!

Don't knock it till you try it!

I'm more impressed with the images of the tank, where the art style really comes out.

I think they need to go a leeeetle easier on the sketch filter in photoshop. I know it's the art style, but when the whole thing looks like it's being viewed through a diagonal screen door.... not so great. Hopefully is a little less jarring in full motion. Still looking forward to it.

I DL'd this trailer after navigating through the Japanse PSN store (not something i recommend when you cant read a lick of japanese heh heh)
and so far... i'm in friggin love with this game, it looks amazing (and so does Yakuza 3 by the by).
I cant wait for this baby to come out over here.

That's total p envy if I've ever seen it. ;)

you know i have to comment on your "no more sonic" statement. this should go around for ALL of the damn recyclers. We have amazing machines on our shelves that are capable of producing stuff like Uncharted, Heavenly Sword, Little Big Planetm, CoD, new R&C game, and so on. Why are we just getting tons of 12434980th redo's of same crap we played way before we were in high schoo?
on the note of valkyrie game, i would be very psyched to see this come around. Spastic, intensly artistic and misunderstood japanese games are always welcome in my home!

I'm fairly certain it's coming to the united states, I could swear I remember reading somewhere but I can't seem to find it, the only "proof" I can come by is that it has a "TBA" release date on Wikipedia... which...isn't really proof at all.

This is why I bought a PS3!

Sega's really broken the mold on this one. This is a completely new and ground-breaking direction for what are typically reserved for top-down tactics games (see Disgaea, Shining Force, FF: Tactics, Fire Emblem).
I think this could and should be the new expected form and functionality that we should be getting from tactics games.
But as far as the "3rd person shooter" aspect of it ... it seems a little too simplistic to draw in that crowd. Perhaps the alternative (tactics gamers to shooters) ... but not likely the other way around.

Holy crap gimmie that game! XD
