I'm going to have to get a Japanese PSN account just to watch this trailer on the big screen. This game looks so damn good. I hope it holds up to the hype.

this game looks sick!! here is a rough japanese translation of the first part. it runs out at the part when you see the red arrows invade Gallacia on the map screen:
Welcome to the world of Valkyrie
This game is an RPG active simulation. Today we'll introduce the game.
The game has 3 parts. (shows story, battle, and training)
First the story part. The narrative unfold in the story part. (girl says in cutscene, "the war started, and I intended to…… The guy says, "Start the operation!")
Narrative continues: against the backdrop of war, a moving story takes place. (cutscene: Guy in tank says "fire!")
Next is the battle part. In the battle stage, you can order different strategies to attack the enemy. The player controls a unit with multiple forms. You aim to achieve the victory conditions.
The last is the training and development part. Here, you do stuff like level-up your units and upgrade your weapons. You can assemble new units. Now, let's explain the 3.
Story screen flashes
Boy says "I want to be a teacher." The girl says "you are good at drawing pictures." The setting for the story is a fictional Europe in the 1930's. There are two opposing sides. The federation and the empire. Both sides compete for the material Ragnite, which leads to a military clash. This starts the 2nd Great European War. The main character is Welkin Guntar, a non-warlike warrior, who wants to be a science teacher. The heroine is Alicia Merkiot who wants to be a baker.
