Haze gets May release, new trailer

Haze's release date is like that annoying ex-boyfriend or girlfriend you have that just won't make up their mind. Well, if IGN is to be believed, Haze is finally coming out on May 20th. Of course, we've heard this song and dance before. Many times, in fact. If Haze actually makes it May 20th release date, it'll still be a few months late ... but at the very least, it'll be in our hands. The trailer doesn't do much to excite, but those anticipating this PS3 "exclusive" should enjoy this small reminder that the game is actually going to come out. On May 20th. Maybe.

Nice ... normally I put in some random date as my birthday (which I did again today), but I accidently put in 2008 as my birth year and IGN still loads the video. Apparently newborns are old enough to watch this video.

I'm not that pumped to get it anymore COD4 just kills every first person shooter for me.

Another lackluster trailer. It seems the only way they know how to build anticipation for this game is to delay it.

i thought the trailer was pretty sweet. By may ill be over COD and will need some other shooter to keep me busy until mgs, resistance etc..

I hope they aren't expecting this game to sell big. From the looks of it, besides the guys somewhat cool voice, it looks mediocre at best.

It's gonna be Killzone 2 vs Gears of War 2. What an awesome battle. I've already picked my winner. KZ2 will not win at first, but over time will prove to be way more profound and better programmed, better gameplay, deeper story and graphics etc. than any "I'm all different versions of the same color" GOW2

It would be nicer if this were more specifically talking about how tobacco, firearms, and alcohol industries try to sell us their wares and how tv and the gummint tries to dumb us down. Still, this may be a start. We'll see if they get their foot in the door.

normally i get hype up when this game [i]expect[/i] out last year. after sooooo many delays its just let me down. Its another let down every day, was due for 2009, someone can just toss the coin and its made up for them.

To many delays and so many other AA games abound this one will fall through the cracks unless they are really holding something back.
However as this title seems to get a lot of coverage whereas Army of Two doesn't I suspect Haze may be all hype and little substance which is a shame because it is made not far from where I used to live.
