Deal of the Night: Massive Blu-ray sale-a-thon
Wrapping up our triple threat of deals today, a well-balanced consumer diet, is a Blu-ray sale to compliment that DualShock 3 and the new Eye of Judgment pack you bought. Many great titles are on sale, up to 53% off. If you've been looking for an excuse to buy something like Big Fish but never had the money to warrant it, now's the time. Just a head's up, though: to get the free shipping option, your order needs to total over $25. Which means you probably have to get two movies to save a few bucks. Or don't. It's all in what you perceive as "saving" money, we guess.
[Thanks, Juan Pablo!]

There's more than 120 titles on sale, but you'll need to click on the category headers to see them all.

yeah, I dont think this is a sale its just the normal "up to 50% off" they always say. engadgethd and this site and I think gizmodo have gotten me excited about these so called sales too many times.
bring back HDDVD so we can get Buyonegetone free sales :)

You know, even though I'm glad that the war is over, I do kind of wish for it to come back because of the awesome Amazon sales.
BTW, I swear, wtf is up with these sales (for anything) coming up when I get my paycheck!? It’s like they plan this s***! I just bought Dan in Real life and No Country for Old Men yesterday before I read this! Seriously I did! Thankfully at a good price at Wal-Mart (25 bucks a pop).

I think some decent domain names for Blu Ray sale or similar sites would be:
http://www.bestofbluray.com
http://www.bluraybargainbin.com
http://www.howtocopybluray.com

Wish www.amazon.CA would do the same... I'm seriously wondering why they have opened this stupid web site. They don't even have half the stuff from amazon.com. They never have any big sales like amazon.com. And since we have amazon.ca, canadians cannot order from amazon.com. How stupid is that. Join both web sites, and offer the same stuff...
In amazon.ca, you cannot get any Eye of Judgment products, yet they are relatively cheap on the .com site.
Blu ray sales are quite common on the .com but basically non-existent on .ca.
You get only cds and dvds on .ca while there's tons of other great stuff on .com.
Let canadians order from .com, and close the useless amazon.ca site PLEASE!

wow, I can get Blurays DVDs CDs records etc and books here in Japan. I was curious about Canada and checked amazons sight and says you can do the same. its just games you cannot order unfortunately. try again!
Matt @ Mar 12th 2008 11:05AM
oh sorry, you realize you can get DVDs etc but that includes bluray too. so you can also get the bluray "50% sale." Although its not really a great sale anyway.

Interesting that Half of them contain Bruce Willis.
Still nothing worth it just yet, im waiting for better blu-ray profiles and deals. Let Technology and hype catch up.
and thanks for linking Mike.

Eye of Judgement is $45 today.

Thanks for this tip, I've been wanting Man on Fire but it's $40 here in Canada. Even with the semi-high shipping I still save money. $5 per order and $3 per title. Right on. Next time I hope there are more titles I'm interested in buying.
