Square Enix launches new community site
Square Enix is finally reaching out to its fans with a brand new community web site. The new site will be specifically for North American users and should parallel the experience offered to Square Enix's large Japanese fan community. The site promises to feature "exclusive content," such as interviews with developers, downloadable content, sweepstakes and trailers. We're hopeful that brand new trailers for upcoming PS3 games, like Final Fantasy XIII, will find their way into the site.
You can visit the site here. Register today and you'll be able to access the full site when it officially launches next week: March 24th.

NaCHOburger @ Mar 18th 2008 10:54PM
Thanks for the replies (almost gave up).
I finally got it to work. For some reason sending it to my mac account made the URL link not valid. I use a different e-mail account and it work fine.

No problems signing up with Safari 3.1 here. :)
Can't wait for Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII (PSP), Final Fantasy XIII (PS3), Final Fantasy Versus XIII (PS3), Dissidia Final Fantasy (PSP) and Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep (PSP). :D :D :D

Popfrogs @ Mar 19th 2008 12:04AM
Blasphemy, you should be putting ps3fanboy.com in there so we get some inside inside information here in the future.
Kspraydad @ Mar 18th 2008 10:45PM

MetalKingSlime @ Mar 19th 2008 12:03AM
sweet, thanks for posting this! maybe this is their new fan web site geared to all of square-enix and not just dragon quest like slimeknights was, though that site was great too! Looks like we're finally getting the Japanese version of s-e members site here in america!
PSN: KillaKornbread (the shirt is a lie!) @ Mar 19th 2008 1:07AM
dude what the hell!? somebody already took KillaKornbread as a nickname! how common is that nickname seriously? that is not cool. i might not even sign up now cause it'll be too depressing everytime i look at it.
Dahk @ Mar 19th 2008 9:58AM
LOL that's actually pretty funny. And KKB is too short for the 4 letter minimum eh?
Registered as Dahk!

Did you ever play FFXI?
For some reason, my username, which is very uncommon, was also taken already...
PSN: KillaKornbread (the shirt is a lie!) @ Mar 20th 2008 12:23AM
no i skipped XI. i honestly havent played a new FF since X. XI was kind of expensive when it came out and with college and work, i havent had time to pick up XII even though its so tempting every time i go to Wal-Mart with its juicy $20 price tag. ill probably pick XII up this summer though (seems like a perfect summer game)
but anyway i had to go with SoCoolCurt which is my stupid backup name that i dont like as much as KillaKornbread. it was either that or pwneBoiCurtis which is my EU PSN name (anybody who read The Outsiders knows what im talking about lol)

Just glancing at the SE website and Atlus (since it was mentioned) makes me wish there were a PS2Fanboy site. There are still so many games coming out that I'm interested in but tend to forget about since they're not in the limelight (I've never even heard of Dawn of Mana for instance - and apparently it's already out).
Draco @ Mar 19th 2008 10:44AM
is anyone else being spammed by the site? I got 24 emails from them asking me to complete my registration, and 1 email saying I registered successfully.
2 emails immediately when i got to step two, then I followed the link, finished the registration, got a email saying that I was successfull, then 4 emails asking me to follow the link to continue the registration, and I woke up to 16 more emails.
Joey @ Mar 19th 2008 12:50PM
What about us Europeans? :( And South Americans, Africans, Asians and Australasians for that matter.
Tbe3000 @ Mar 20th 2008 9:53AM
Just registered... "Tbe3000" (I've never actually had that one taken... I'd be so mad if it happened :o) This is actually my old old old screenname, but it's my new one because my old one (which was my new one o.O) was taken on PSN :o So I had to go with Tbe3000 xD
Anyway, I hope to see some exclusive content! :o That'd be so cool, I'm pumped for every SE release (getting CC on the 25th, first hour =X)
