Another 24 songs hit the SingStore this Friday
Twice monthly. That's how often Sony promised to deliver SingStar SingStore updates. Despite previous disappointments, it seems that this promise may end up being kept. Another twenty four tracks will be added to the SingStore this Friday, March 21st. The full list of songs can be seen after the break.
It looks like Sony will be making another fiver out of us, as there are a number of songs on the list that we'd love to grab. Recent hits such as the two Scouting For Girls tracks along with older tunes like Ash and the classic Divinyls song "I Touch Myself" show that the SingStar team are trying to hit as many demographics as possible -- and succeeding. Which tracks will you be grabbing this Friday?

If I had the game, I'd definitely get Billy Joel's We Didn't Start the Fire. I love that song.

Just gonna give everyone a tip, Daniel Lindstrom - Dreams are coming true. Are a okey song, but the singer is incredible one of the best voices here in sweden.

Not bad, not bad at all, they're covering alot of ground on the great 80's pop tunes.

Am I correct that this isn't out for the PS3 yet? It could be played on it, but the wireless mic's shown in their teaser video on the Singstar site are not available?

It depends on where you live. If you live in America, like me, it is not yet released here, but they claim it will be released here in May 2007. However, if you live in places such as Europe and Australia, then you should have been seeing it on store shelves since last December.

bring the songs from the 80's and early 90's and tap that grown adult audience with the songs they grew up with. to get adults to buy this game. would be good marketing strategy i think.

its been over a month, and everytime i try to check the SingStore !! it always say Coming soon !! Either the store has problems, or the fact my PSN is US and the game did'nt release in the states yet.
Josh @ Mar 20th 2008 7:14AM
It'll be the fact your PSN is US...when it launches over there, the store option will connect to the US front.
