Yes sir, it sure is. Our scouters are reading power levels well above
9,000 and growing. The more we see of this game, the more we want it. Luckily for us, this English trailer might be a good indicator that a western release for
Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit may be coming sooner than we think. If you're a big fan of
DBZ, you'll want to check out this trailer -- watch it to the very end to see what Vegeta thinks of the game. Still no sign of permanent destructible environments though, but hey, you can't win them all.

This is on my soon-to-be-pre-order list!
leiwei @ Mar 24th 2008 8:35AM
I suggest reading up on n4g about this game before even preordering it. There's some stuff saying it only has a couple stages and a couple characters - a number far less than the previous other series. Makes it almost like this is better as a rental.
ajiezer @ Mar 24th 2008 2:50PM
yep it seems short but as a huge fan I'll get it for the gameplay that honestly looks awesome as never before and they made the right choice in returning to the fight engine previous to the tenka ichi iterations, besides online battles hopefully will be better that the defective wii dbz tenkaichi 3
rockmanjoey) @ Mar 24th 2008 9:29AM
This game better have Cooler and Meta Cooler or I ain't buying this game! Cooler is the shit!!!
brettjr @ Mar 24th 2008 9:46AM
Why would you buy it when they obviously left out tons of characters so that they can reput them back in for Burst 2 and Burst 3. Lame
Haiddasalami @ Mar 24th 2008 9:57AM
I want destructible environments.
NX @ Mar 24th 2008 11:04AM
Yeah.....
Only Six Stages
Only 35 characters.
Only goes to Cell Saga.........
Sounds like a "Wait for a sequel" kind of game to me to me...........
BT3 on the PS2 had over 150 Chaacters (Granded most of them were clones of one another though...) and way more stages.
The end of the trailer is full of win though..............
Dahk @ Mar 24th 2008 11:54AM
HAHA as old as it is, this deserves title of the day.
Le Epic Winnar.
Bill Kutargi @ Mar 24th 2008 12:44PM
WOO HOO!
Winner!
Joshua @ Mar 24th 2008 12:59PM
Nice, they have a sense of humor.
And I hope the North American release keeps all the Japanese dialogue and music. I could always import it if it doesn't, though (region free, YES!).
But that particular song in the trailer brings back so much of my childhood...
ajiezer @ Mar 24th 2008 2:42PM
LMAO about the youtube video over 9 Bleeeeep thousand!
Mr.ESC @ Mar 24th 2008 2:54PM
Wow it amazes me how an Internet meme can turn a nothing special trailer into something great.
There are a lot of DBZ games and all of them looks the same ,even the Naruto games change something.
Also that I like more the Spanish and Japannese intro, the American intro gives me a headache.
Z3r0 D3adly @ Mar 24th 2008 3:58PM
God does this looks effin awesome! I love DBZ always have and always will. Day 1 purchase for me!
Marc @ Mar 24th 2008 4:32PM
I see they keep the games just like the seasons, leave you hanging on part one, like "next time on Drago Ball z..."
The visuals are step up, but are they using the same engine from the DBZ games? If so I'll stick with SC 4,SF 4, and Tekken 6, and the new King of Fighters!!
Off the subject, if Capcom could do it right, we could really use a reworked or new project from the Dark Stalkers/Night Stalkers series.
Marc @ Mar 24th 2008 4:35PM
I meant Night Warriors/Vampire Savior/Darkstalkers series.
KEFIOX @ Mar 25th 2008 12:05AM
Now don't get me wrong here I love my DBZ but even I will admit to how shitty the games were (and I mean all of them) To be honest I am quite suprised by how much PS3Fanboy wants to get this game. It looks no different than any of the other 10 Budokai games, except maybe a bit higher res. Not only that but from what I've seen so far it only looks like it goes up to the Freeza Saga. Lame! I might've considered renting it if it went thru the Buu Saga but in my opinion it is definitely not worth buying. I mean honestly why do they keep making these games? All the do is make the same thing over everytime just witha different name. Maybe a bettter question is who keeps buying these games?
mmendoza27 @ Mar 25th 2008 12:34AM
I'm sooo going to import this game. I still have Budokai 1, 2, and 3 (which were so much better than Tenkaichi games. I like the cel-shading, but want the original Japanese voices. Plus the end of this trailer is awesome.
KNEETO @ Mar 27th 2008 4:17PM
Why the H does it only go to the cell saga! Is'nt the new DARK SCARY pixel theme all about a setting like an epic stand off battle would take place. Like for instance, maybe GOKU SS4. against omega shenron. With like a spooky negetave energy inveloping the earth?what the F. I had better not half to wait to long for the 2nd installment.SON!OF! "A"!>
KNEETO @ Mar 27th 2008 4:16PM
Give me a super sayan 3. Give me Somthing!!!!! pleese!
KNEETO @ Mar 28th 2008 12:45AM
Well they might as well call it DBZ sagas 2, and leave out the magin saga or gt saga's.These people are lazy terds! and arent doing there jobs right.Over 9,000 spitooie after all the "DBZ games"if im going to play one on my ps3 I wanna see over 9 trillion!! Oh well at least they keep making them.Hope they have some GT. in the next one.
AAA @ Mar 28th 2008 4:14PM
