This video goes behind-the-scenes with San Francisco developer, Secret Level -- the dev studio working on PS3 and 360 versions of Iron Man. The crew talks about the challenges and techniques involved with making the game, but also focus on how they harnessed Iron Man's flying abilities. Not only that, but the video also displays tasty in-game footage and concept art.
So far, we like what we've seen of the game. We need to pat Secret Level on the back. The flight gameplay looks glorious, as does the environments when flying. We hope it will remain this way once we play the game for ourselves.
It baffles me how ps3fanboy can trash a game like mercs 2, then praise a game like this... what the hell? From the gameplay footage i've seen on gametrailers, this game looks horrid.
I have to preface this comment by saying that I'm really looking forward to this movie and I really want the game to be good. The one guy makes a good point that licensed games generally don't have enough time to be made well. And I might add that games that feature a hero who generally flies everywhere are also not made well. And it's usually the flight mechanics that are the problem. Right now, I can't think of one good game like that, but I can think of every Superman game ever made. P.S. If anyone knows of one, please let me know as I am dying to play one.
So last week I was looking at my Microcenter flyer and saw that there is going to be an Ironman game for every conceiveable platform and as much as I would love for this game to be good, the fact that it's going to be on so many platforms told me that it's doomed to be yet another Movie/Comic/Hollywood based pile of crap. Yet another blatant video game money grab preying on the fans of popular IP.
Hopefully Murphy's law will make my rant look stupid and this will turn out to be a good game.
"A Mounds Bar is not a sprinkle, a Twizzler is not a sprinkle, a Jolly Rancher is not a sprinkle..." and this footage is not final product. I hope it will be cool, a War Machine game would be cooler though. If you know what that quote is from than your as big a loser as me.

Dunno about this one... I need to see a bit more. It looks cool but am still not committing to buy it just yet.
