Worldwide PSP releases for the week of Apr. 13

Take heed of the gaming guru's words of wisdom. It would not serve anyone any good to work up a fuss over this week's upcoming releases, or should we say non-releases. Read on, for the full bare bones list.

NA Games:

No new releases

EU Games:

UEFA Euro 2008

Asian Games:

No new releases

What to do in the meantime? Do some yoga, perhaps. Or maybe you'll want to take this time to cherish and love all the games you already have in your collection. Go on, look back at the yesteryears of gaming and rediscover a prized gem buried somewhere in that treasure trove. Game guru approves a daily dose of retro gaming. It's good for the soul he says.

woah, there are really no games being released this week, apart from eufa 2008, but do i really care? no i dont, because pro evo 5 has always been good enough for me :)

yeah man I noticed that the other day mine doesn't work either, I was like what the hell, and I tried to log in before I posted but it didn't work! it keeps say I've entered an invalid password, but yet I have thr gith passowrd otherwise this post wouldn't even be here!

Sorry guys, this is a documented problem with Blogsmith. We're working on a fix for this right now.

I don't know if you guys know your password and it won't work, or if you need to know your password. I can't help you with the former, but I can provide some help with the latter. Presuming you've deleted the confirm comment email you received for this site, then try these.

1. Uncheck the remember me box, clear any data under the Current Users section of the comments(but leave the New Users unchange), then post a comment. That should send you an email to confirm the comment with the password to your user name(which is also the same password you use to change you avatar(display picture)).

2. If that fails to send you an email to confirm your comment, just comment on one of Joystiq's sister blogs that you haven't commented on. I think they still send you a confirm comment email for your first time commenting.

You guys always complain when there aren't any new releases, but for someone like me who would have to pay full price for new releases, but works for a company that pays minimum wage, I'm fine when there are no releases for a while.

S'okay. With Killzone and Ratchet and Clank dropping down to bargain bin prices I'll have plenty to keep me busy. I still haven't finish Jeanne D'Arc, and I own but haven't even started Crisis Core.

And now you're thinking "Gee Dane, why are you telling me any of that?" And that is because I really do not want to study for my Renal Physiology exam on Friday.

apologies as this is also off topic. I'm in Tokyo at the moment and the PSP is sold out. At least in Akihabara it is. If anyone knows where I can pick up a Piano Black version please let me know. The best i could do today was a silver and a ceramic white. Other than that every shop was completely sold out of all colours; even the Mint Green one!!!

Looks like when Monster Hunter Portable 2G was released last month sales rocketed and haven't died down since. Most of the sales guys actually laughed when I asked therefore I've now started to ask (in Japanese) "You're going to think I'm crazy but... do you have any PSPs?"

I would pick the wrong time to come to Japan. Damn you Monster Hunter!!!

Picked up a PSP PB in Shinjuku in the end. Bic Camera off Shinjuku Dori has a good few though I had to ask for the black. I think they were hording them behind the counter.

Also saw them in the Sony Building close to Hibiya station. I'm just glad I could pick one up while I'm here.
