Win Metal Gear Online beta codes

Courtesy of the PlayStation.blog, you can win a few access codes to Metal Gear Online, the multiplayer component of the upcoing Metal Gear Solid 4. The download will be available this Thursday, but online play will not begin until April 21st. After that, players will be able to enjoy the beta for two weeks, until May 5th.

I actually got a beta code from the website when I tried at 8:45 PM. I don't know how you get to be qualified or not... random drawing?

I just tried signing up as well, and was not accepeted. there is hope though! I read the legal disclamer, and something like the first three hundred people to enter per day are guranteed a code, plus 600 randomly chosen entrants. The total number of codes given away will be 5000, so there's still a chance.
What bothers me is that I preordered the special edition well before the deadline and the guy at EB told me "sorry, we're all out." But when I called the next day, I was told they hadn't even recieved the codes yet...

Well i got my beta code today from eb. But my friends havent preordered it yet so most likely download EU and Us version.

I tried 3 times with different emails & addresses, needless to say i failed 3 times!! :(

Yah i was that desperate..

Anyway, the EU beta should work, so whats the big deal. Games are not region-locked, the only thing maybe i will be able to play with EU players only.

Somebody correct me if i'm wrong, please.
