Here comes another pan-European SingStore update
Another huge update of multi-European-language tracks will be hitting the Euro SingStore this Friday. SingStar fans will be getting quite a huge selection of songs -- those which will be used in sustaining the will to shatter friends' eardrums in a drunken haze. If you've been looking for more songs to shriek sing to, then this update will keep you comfortable for a while.
Now, this blogger is not too familiar with a lot of these songs, so you'll have to forgive him if he's only really happy to see Placebo's "Every You Every Me" on that list. To check the whole thing out, hit the jump. For the English tracks, just look below:

This game is definitely not my style, but "Piano Man" is a hoot to sing with a group of people!
elephant_stone @ Apr 16th 2008 12:46PM
Crap crap crap
Bring on the Punk Rock songs (if there are going to be any!?)
Popfrogs @ Apr 16th 2008 1:43PM
Speaking of which, a local punk rock cover band came out of retirement recently and I went to their show last weekend. They opened with Anarchy in the UK, followed it with Polly, and by my request, the second half of their set started with Suspect Device and Teenage Kicks. Good times.
Brambler @ Apr 16th 2008 12:53PM
Why does this site update us about every piece of Sing Star news? Is it that popular of a game?
Khaliel @ Apr 16th 2008 2:55PM
One of the biggest sale in Europe.
stargateheaven @ Apr 16th 2008 1:14PM

Nate @ Apr 16th 2008 3:06PM
If I buy SingStar, will those women come to my place? ;)
Seriously though, karaoke, whether jazzed up with a PS3 or not, has never been my thing. Maybe if I hung out with the Theater crowd...
Haiddasalami @ Apr 17th 2008 1:48AM
Actually yeah...girls dig karaoke though some cant sing >.
Vcize @ Apr 16th 2008 3:16PM
Why did the girls in this picture get dressed up all hot to go play singstar together?
whistlepig @ Apr 16th 2008 3:57PM
probably just a starter before heading out to the local girls gone wild filming
zayenz+ps3fanboy @ Apr 17th 2008 12:58AM
Since SingStar is commonly trotted out at the preparty, something to do while loading up to go out later in the evening, being dressed up while playing it is not very suprising at all.
Bad Mojo @ Apr 16th 2008 4:15PM
Yep.. you can tell they're practicing their "holding the mike" and "singing into it" skills right before they "head" out :P
Wow... that was so juvenile, and yet so fun. Enjoy.
proArchy @ Apr 16th 2008 4:38PM
Seriously where in the F*CK is Singstar in the US?! I can handle only so many delays before i go to the store and buy Karaoke Revolution with tears running down my face
Jnas @ Apr 16th 2008 4:40PM
If only girls that hot really did do that...
DMeisterJ @ Apr 16th 2008 4:53PM
Looks like Sony's finally keeping their promise to keep the Singstore alive.
Luke "MacMan" Centino @ Apr 16th 2008 6:43PM
Of all the Duran Duran songs!!! Why not pick "Is there something i should know?" or their new single "Red Carpet Massacre"?
Some Depeche Mode would own too - thankyou sony :)
mathab @ Apr 16th 2008 6:48PM
I agree, some Depeche Mode would be fantastic.
playcrackthesky @ Apr 17th 2008 2:33AM
lol majy only placebo? what about Bic Runga? Billy Joel? and Duran Duran?
Massive names, just as massive has beens.
Surely people playing these games are young, so whats with the old songs? which market segment are they trying to appeal to? The folks in mid life crisis I suppose.
Yar TTomlliw @ Apr 17th 2008 8:02AM
Need ... More ... Rock ...
Eros @ Apr 18th 2008 4:45AM
