Sony continues its voyage into Web 2.0 with a dedicated
Facebook page. An
announcement on the PlayStation.Blog alerts users to its existence and points out exactly what's involved. In short, the Facebook page offers everything the PlayStation.Blog does, with a few little extras thrown in. Namely, an events service which lets people know where and when Sony will be representing the PS3 at various shows. Currently this only shows American events.
So show everyone on Facebook that you're a PS3 fan by clicking over to the PlayStation.Blog
Facebook page. We have. On a sidenote -- this new Facebook Chat feature that appeared on the site today promises to make Facebook even more of a productivity drain. Students with impending deadlines, beware.

I feel for you. My finals start next Friday, which means I'll get a whopping hour a day of GTA while I try to study.

Simple, if you use Opera like me, they wont let you use the Facebook chat feature. This way I can finish studying for my finals and read my favorite blogs.

I hear yah Ninjakamster, my finals start the week after GTAIV launches, so I'll be staring at the sealed box while trying to study Calculus, Chemistry and finish my stupid protfolio, which not surprisingly rhymes with polio, though there is no cure for it.

You can't even use facebook properly on the ps3 browser... shouldn't this be telling sony something?? maybe we should do a facebook petition to get sony to do a decent browser for ps3 and so when you have a mouse and KB connected it lets you use it just like on a pc instead of opening the virtual keyboard... grrr
