Old Snake spotted in Herald Square, requesting backup

You know a game is a hotly anticipated release when advertisements range from hanging off the side of a gigantic building to a life-size Old Snake squatting stealthily in the window of your store. We've been alerted to a few advertisements for Metal Gear Solid 4 and we'd enjoy redecorating our rooms to recreate the mood set in these displays from Herald Square. Enjoy.

Not wanting to call photoshop, but that's some weird bending of light I can see there...What are the chances of that happening? A reflection in a reflection of a window??? *puzzled*

OK, look over the left shoulder of Snake at the MGS4 display in the background. The "banner" is a reflection of that display as you look out of the stores window. Seemed pretty obvious to me.
