Now that's a cool bonus!

thats pretty sweet. too bad the game was bizarre to me. i thought r-type was supposed to be a fast paced shooter. still. this bonus makes the game seem cooler.

O.....M.....G......!
I've been an R-Type fan since I played the original in the arcade back in the late 80s. I so want one of those ships.
But, the demo really disappointed me. For some reason, I was expecting something along the lines of Homeworld. And $40?! Sigh. Maybe the ship will turn up on eBay.

With the stupid inflation on things like this, you might be just better off buying it now.
RadioScott @ Apr 30th 2008 7:06PM
Good point. I wonder if Gamespot still gives you the pre-order premium and then allows you to cancel your order...
RadioScott @ Apr 30th 2008 7:08PM
...and by "Gamespot" I really meant "Gamestop."
Kylock @ Apr 30th 2008 8:17PM
I just pre-ordered it and didn't get anything, so they probably don't have them in stock yet.

Wow, that's what I call a bonus. I'll definetely consider preording now =P
Oh, BTW. The game should've been called "RType Tactics" instead of Command. I know it sounds lamer, but at least there wouldn't be so much A-holes still thinking the game's a shooter.

I bought the PS1 Classic R-Types when it came on the PlayStation Store and I'm really liking it so far.

Great Bonus. Unfortunate though the game is very dull.

I was gonna order a box full of these from play-asia, but since Atlus is doing this and I got a pretty big discount through their online store at Amazon I guess I won't anymore.
