AQ Interactive re-announces Vampire Rain for PS3

"We are very excited to bring Vampire Rain: Altered Species to the PlayStation 3," said Artoon President Naoto ?shima in a recent press release. "The incredible power of the PS3, will allow us to give gamers a fully immersive experience. This will include: 5.1 channel audio, over 50 hours of gameplay, extra bonus levels, a lot of completely revamped animations, character interactions and much more." Vampire Rain: Altered Species promises both a single and multiplayer experience.
Vampire Rain was originally released on Xbox 360, and stands as one of the worst games on the platform. IGN called the original Vampire Rain "an abomination of a videogame that doesn't even deserve a rental." Will the PS3 version fare any better? Unlikely.

I don't understand why Sony doesn't just say no to this...they know it's a bad game, why let them release it? Bag games just bring the platform down. The 360 has lots of "bad" games (good too, of course), but the PS3 has relatively few. Why not keep it that way?

The sad thing is, there will probably be PS3 vs. 360 comparison videos of this game. lol. This game was the biggest joke of 2007 on the 360. They came back in 2008 to redeem thereselves on the PS3. wishfull thinking. Do not buy unless you like games that suck like the video game nerd.

A magazine I love, Hardcore Gamer Magazine, actually has this as it's quote on MC: ** The stealth BK (Burger King) game "Sneak King" is actually more of an entertaining game than Vampire Rain is. [Sept 2007, p.70] **
... now, THAT'S what I call a great synopsis! =D
