SOCOM Confrontation artwork & screens update
Over at ThreeSpeech, there's a nice gallery of SOCOM Confrontation concept art and screenshots. The concept art are quite beautiful, so check that out. As suggested by the artwork above, the game incorporates day/night environments, very cool. The screenshots on the other hand are not as exciting as previous ones you may have seen before. This time around, you get to see mostly images of grunts posing for the camera. That's not revealing much, but SOCOM fans would probably still get a kick out of it. The game is coming on September 16, so mark it on your calendar.

They look nice...but socom is a shooter, so you will only use the streets and the building will be blocked so you cant enter...or you can enter only one floor so find the sniper rifle like always

Maybe not. Apparently a lot of the walls are destructible, so you will be able to create your own paths into buildings and through stucco/mud/concrete walls.

Whatever happened to the rumor originally published by PS# Fanboy alleging that SOCOM 4 was being developed by Zipper???
Hashbrown Hunter @ May 13th 2008 2:13PM
Really? Thats fantastic news if it's true! Zipper has taken too long of a hiatus from the SOCOM series and need to come back.

These pics need more gory dead bodies... Maybe burning people running around the streets. Come on! Make it next-gen! j/k =D
