You guys across the pond will love it. The battles could have used more variety, but the story and technical prowess are unmatched. Took me about 27 hours to get through it, only completing about 30% of the side missions. Great game.

Wohoo! Can't wait. :-)

And I've just pre-ordered the Special Edition from Gamestation (making the most of the fact that the UK is actually getting a Special Edition packaging for once)!

If you are in Europe, own a PSP and dont buy this game you are nothing short of retarded.
SparkyJ23 @ May 29th 2008 10:23PM
No what would be retarded is not importing the game from the US. Fuck the wait for a translation from American to English....
And when Sony don't get the numbers they expect because everyone has imported it they can blame the pirates as CFW is to blame for everything in the sony universe.

Is the European version going to have skippable cutscenes? It's a bit off-putting having to watch the same long scenes every time we die, specially on a portable! SquareEnix have been into this business long enough to know better
mljachko @ May 16th 2008 6:48AM
what's so special about the special edition?
Duff_B @ May 17th 2008 1:33PM
I think it just comes with a 40-odd page art book. Not sure about the game itself...

Just finished the game last night, It is great! Make sure you aggressively tackle the missions. It feels a bit like grinding but that is where the good stuff is!
