Several of
PixelJunk Eden's details are on display over at
the official PlayStation website. This is cool since we know very little about the game other than its artsy approach. The game will feature 3-player co-op and will get a release this summer, but that's not exactly the most interesting ingredient in this pie. What we find most delicious is the listing of "Trophy support" -- an element being utilized in
Home. Anyway, the rest of the information is gameplay-related that we've mentioned before: swing around, collect pollen, advance.

Trophies we may never see.......

Theres a recent rumor going around that [2D] Trophies, along with 'ingame communications' will be pushed out to coincide with the launch MGS4. Apparently Konami has been pushing for Sony to finish up these projects and want them for release day.
Note however, Trophies do not necessarily mean Home. Sony has said that Trophies would be available through the XMB because forcing people to use Home would be 'silly.'

Trophies

^ hmm can't use arrows? Anyway never cared too much for trophies or gamerscores unless there was an incentive to getting them.

I like the idea of trophies for specific games with no overall gamerscore. Incentive to get trophies for games you want to play, but no reason to play crap games for easy achievements.

Whatever..
Listen. We're sick of hearing all these games that feature Trophy support. How about you wake us when the CONSOLE does?

what the hell are you talking about? this is part of what the console does...it'll extend the gameplay for all types of games (just like achivements for the 360)
this will be great imo
