SIREN: Blood Curse episodes 1-2 hours in length each

The English language release of SIREN: Blood Curse is being released episodically on the PLAYSTATION Network this Summer. Digital episodic distribution is a brand new territory for survival horror games, one we're intrigued by. Although no pricing information has been set, we did discover that each of the twelve episodes should last about an hour or two in length each, making each episode slightly longer than your standard TV serial.

We can't wait to find out more about Blood Curse. Until then, feast your eyes on these brand new screens. Trailer attached, after the cut.

--> only hope they release 1 episode / week .. cause 1-2 hours is not that long if it's monthly or even bimonthly updates..

Probably so. If it does come out on disc then it will probably do so after the entire game as been released on PSN.

I would much rather just buy a full game from the start. I'm really worried how much this game is going to end up costing. I'm not against episodic games but i was hoping to have a full retail disc for this one. I'm in serious need of a horror game.

Play the original Siren games for the PS2.

They're pretty much remaking the game for the PS3. Since DLC isn't so big in Japan, they're getting one Blu-ray disk.

the standard PS3 game costs $60-$50 but i hope they put it on blue ray since i dont want to download a 25+ gig game (all of the episodes combined will take a lot of gigs) the Haze demo was only a 1lvl game (30min) and that alone was pretty big in size. Unless Sony comes out with those external HDD im not gona download that game.
