Guitar Hero meets God of War on June 5th

We don't know what to make of this. Hidden away in a PlayStation newsletter was a note telling us that a free God of War song will be available for owners of Guitar Hero III. Kratos' series isn't known for the most powerful guitar riffs, so we don't know exactly what this strange cross-promo will entail. Exactly why we're getting new God of War content this way is anybody's guess, but we're certainly not going to complain.

Odd. If you're going to have some cross-game tie-ins I'm thinking the Korn song from Haze might turn up but GoW?

A bit, odd i guess. No music really stuck in my head from God of War. Downloading Kratos as a character would be pretty cool though.

Wait, exclusive PS3 content? In GH3? No way.... no way... Only the 360 gets exclusive content in GH3. Well Activision, that's one small step closer to me lifting my Activision ban. Gimme some guitar compatibility patch (and let RB release theirs too) and I might consider starting to buy stuff from you again. Key word being 'might.'
