Haze already dropping to $40 [Update]

Well, that didn't take too long, did it? Just a few weeks after the critics tore Haze apart, it's getting a discount at GameStop retailers. Originally $60, the Free Radical FPS is dropping down to $40, with the guide dropping down to just $10. Sale prices don't go into effect until next week, so we're certain you can restrain yourselves just a few days before rushing to GameStop in total excitement.

Update: Haze is already $40 at amazon.com

Haze actually has sold pretty well. Especially considering the shitty reviews. 260,000 worldwide so far. Just imagine what it would have done with great reviews.

It got poor reviews for a reason. I'm all for hyping up PS3 exclusives, but only if they're good. Haze was weak in almost every department.

The demo level is actually at the very beginning of the game and it doesn't get any better from there. A huge disappointment.

So does that mean they'll price the used version at $35 with the Edge card knocking it down to $31.50?

I'm unaware of whether or not they adjust the used game prices when the new game goes temporarily on sale, unless this is a permanent price drop...

Any news on wether or not the UK will be getting something similar. I refuse to pay full price for Haze and I usually buy most PS3 games!

i think it was underated lol. 2/5 is getting carried away this game is definitely a 3/5.... I kind of agree with the ps3 sucks thing so far Ive been really dissapointed with mine SO FAR (I am a really harsh critic) but I have also played the other 2 consoles and i liked them even less. Alls i like about xbox is live and alls i like about wii is twilight princess. I think ps3 is the best though because of games like mgs4, 2 FFXIIIs, killzone 2, whatever team ico is making, the possibilty of a dark cloud 3 and maybe littlebigplanet.

Haze is actually rly rly fun to play in multiplayer now that its down to 40 bucks its a great deal and free radical does not make shit games there games are always fun and always gameplay over grafix. Go play Cod4 if u want grafix losers
