Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit becomes bestselling game in Japan
PS3 software topped the charts in Japan this week, thanks to the release of Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit. It's amazing to see that, years after the end of the series, the dedication to this popular manga/anime goes strong. Although this brawler is multiplatform, you wouldn't be able to tell from this week's top 10 software charts. It'll be interesting to see what they look like next week, when Metal Gear Solid 4 reigns terror upon the charts.
- Dragon Ball Z Burst Limit (PS3)
- Fushigi no Dungeon (Wii)
- Wii Fit (Wii)
- Mario Kart Wii (Wii)
- Jikkyou Powerful Pro Yakyuu Portable 3 (PSP)
- Yamamura Misa Suspense (DS)
- Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G (PSP)
- Ninja Gaiden II (360)
- Family Trainer: Athletic World (Wii)
- Valhalla Knights 2 (PSP)

I'm so happy to see Monster Hunter on this list, is it just me or does anyone desperately wish Capcom would make a new oe for ps3?

I played Monster Hunter on PS2 recently (sans online, sadly) and it seemed pretty fun but pointless without online play. Would've been SO much more rewarding with a group of friends.
I would buy a new Monster Hunter on PS3 in a heart beat -- if they fixed the camera.

Yeah I just started playing Monster Hunter Freedom 2 a couple of weeks ago, thanks to fanboy I found out about the gamesday sale and got it half price, and I love it. But its true, its a lot more fun with people and you need some friends that own it as well. But if it was on ps3 then all you need is an internet connection and it can be like the original Monster Hunter but even better.

Heh...best-selling? Not for long...
Gaucho @ Jun 12th 2008 3:14PM
I picked this up yesterday since i had it preordered for a while but, gotta say . . . its like a huge step down from Budokai Tenkaichi 1,2 or 3.
A.E. @ Jun 12th 2008 3:23PM
Budokai 3 has still been the best DBZ game by far.
Gaucho @ Jun 12th 2008 3:29PM
you mean tencaichi 3? I don't know why they would change the whole style this game. its like going back to the first on for ps2 and sharpening the colors and making it HD. fewer characters too.

Draino76 @ Jun 12th 2008 3:41PM
Hey is tha demo available in Europe?
velocitySTRIKE @ Jun 12th 2008 3:45PM
I didn't at all enjoy the demo and I've already got Tenkaichi 2+3 on Wii...it seemed like a big step down.
Shaun @ Jun 12th 2008 7:38PM

Maybe because MGS4 came out today, and this is for last week?...Think before you post.
Haohmaru @ Jun 12th 2008 10:55PM
What a thoughtful and intelligent post, XXXX. What's your XBL tag so I can make sure that you never bring your 12 year old crap into my 360 games?
chris.westermann @ Jun 13th 2008 2:39PM
Sorry, but what is wrong with that country?
