Pyroblazer set to blaze Wipeout Pulse on fire

Pyroblazer is set to give Wipeout Pulse a run for its money. Well maybe, only if there's a publisher willing to pick up the PSP version. Currently publisher-less, the title developed by Candella and Eipix is another futuristic hovercraft racer looking for some lovin' on our handheld system.

The game is set on a far off world called New Aperion where players control high-combat racing vehicles known as "Blazers." Gamers will have to race and fight against other vehicles for championship gold -- there's no explicit reason why ... but we just guess that's just what they do on that alien planet. Anyway, in addition to regular single-player modes, six-player ad hoc and online play are available. The official website has screens and trailers on the game, so check that out.
