Killzone 2 featured in August EGM

1UP, EGM's online counterpart, will have a few teasers online. SCEA's Mike Graham also promises that "as we get closer to E3," we'll start seeing more of the game. Can't wait! We're proud to say that once this issue comes out, we're heading straight to the bathroom and making a killzone of our own. (That pun didn't work as well as this, did it?)

Ugh, why of all magazines did it have to be EGM and its step sister 1up.
I'll gladly wait for the scans to appear online.
On a side note, why are they still making print magazines for games?!?

Calm down. People are entitled to their own opinions. You can't deny that KZ2 will probably be a good game. To anyone, the PS3's killer app could be MGS4, Resistance 2, LBP, etc. And that goes for systems too.
What is with people as soon as they hit age 13, whatever they have or want to have is the best and whatever they don't want is the worst...

Im just answering the orignal poster's questions which was:

And like I said, the ones that claim that the killer app will be KZ2 are the Sony representatives...they have been hyping it to no end...

E G M: The worst magazine in the industry, Dan Hsu sucks ass...I wont even look at that article/magazine.
As for the comment on "why are they still making printed magazines still"...Get off that bandwagon already, its getting old to say such things, as i find BOTH mediums viable and entertaining. Yes, i do love reading me some PRINTED magazine, while on a trip, in the bathroom, laying in bed, while playing games, etc...yes i know i can do that with a laptop but it just seems so much easier when its a printed magazine, no searching for what i want, no having to click to the next page, no scrolling, no battery runnning out....
Anywhoo maybe it's just that you haven't read any "good" printed magazines? I highly recommend Dave Halverson's ( Dave is the man, the legend that all editors coughdanhsucough WISH they could be )Play Magazine and Edge are both great reads. No im not getting paid by them, just like to share with others how great printed mags can be :)

I sometimes feel as though I am the only one that played the original kz. This has been on hold so long I no longer care -call it the "Home" affect. I'm really interested in the Starcraft II article.

this game actually has me a little excited but guys lets not forget part 1?
and for killer apps that obviously FFXIII but MGS4 is second on the list.
Guys Resistance 2 won't be as good as you think I'm sorry to say this but remember I was one of those Guys who believed Haze was crap so lets not forget that.
Resistance 2 ain't shit in my eyes until it learns to get original and LBP are you F*Cking serious thats a game best left to the Wii.
Hopefully Killzone 2 doesn't copy that much so Far they've only copied Army of Two and thats about all i'm gonna say so I have ppl thinking i think every game copies one another.
