American gamers show off their echochrome level creations
Japanese gamers aren't the only ones that can create some devious echochrome creations. Starting this Thursday, the innovative PSN downloadable title will be updated with new puzzles, created by American gamers. Thirty new puzzles, featuring the best from the user community of echochrome, will be downloadable for free once players launch the game. The PlayStation.blog's Flickr has images of all the levels for your viewing pleasure.
With so much free user generated content, echochrome really is an incredible value. It's a never-ending mind-bending puzzler.

This is what intrigued me the most about this game and ultimately why I finally broke down and bought it. It's great when you need a change of pace from FPS and actioners. Admittingly though it hasn't gotten much play from me yet.
I blame it on MGS4!

So cool. Echochrome rules!
The only thing that would make this game rule even more ass is downloadable tracks from the genius composer.

The game is very intriguing and my g/f is amazing at it. She kills my times in beating the levels, but some levels I'm better at though. The game truly is a great value at $9.99. It's easily given us 12 hours of gameplay so far. Not bad if you ask me.

Is there any foundation in the rumour that any downloaded levels would take the place of the levels which come with the game?
Cause that would not be cool

Nope.
You can select to play the levels that come with the game in any order or you can select to play random player generated levels. It updates every time you play it.
