MyBuzzQuiz.com lets you create DLC for a game that isn't even out yet
We know you're all super excited for Buzz! Quiz TV, right? Right. So no doubt you'll be even more excited about being able to create and view DLC for the game right now. MyBuzzQuiz.com is now open and lets you do just that. These quizzes can then be rated and played on-site, in preparation for Buzz! Quiz TV's European release next week (Americans can expect to get the game sometime this September) when you'll be able to download all this user-created content within the game properly.
We love to see new ways for user-created DLC to be incorporated into games and this is one of coolest implementations so far. There are already plenty of quizzes to check out on the site, so go have a look and maybe even have a go at making your own.

Just don't let the people create nonsense questions like what is the cure for the commen cold or whats the sound of one hand clapping.
matthew_neitzer @ Jun 27th 2008 7:56PM
Not very many comments, eh? This is what, for me, sets this game apart from the others, like Trivial Pursuit. Free, never ending updates of new quizzes. Count me in!

This is one of my top anticipated games of the coming line up and this makes it even better! Huge Buzz fan!!!

So much cooler/fresher/nicer-looking than MS's Scene It?
Daniel @ Jun 28th 2008 1:54AM
Scene it was a waste of money. I bought that for $60 and was so upset when a month later it started repeating questions. The movies are all Universal Pictures, so the questions are repetitive anyway (several questions on the same movie in the same session is lame) and that game just wasn't worth the money at all.
The Buzz PS2 games have been a blast to play. I have the Mega Quiz and Hollywood Quiz and love both of them. Have played them twice as many times (each) as Scene It and have had zero questions repeated.
With Buzz Quiz TV having downloadable content (like Scene it was supposed to) it'll be even better. Can't wait till September. This and 3 other games in September will be added to my collection!

Can this game be imported and played on US consoles?
Are the questions tailored toward Europeans, making that a stupid idea?

"The movies are all Universal Pictures, so the questions are repetitive anyway..."
Did you actually only play the demo?
There were other studios involved, including MGM, Fox, and even Sony Columbia.
Daniel @ Jun 28th 2008 3:59AM
Oh yeah, MGM, but I didn't see any of the other ones...poor randomness system I suppose. I played the game at least 30 times...got almost all the achievments. Check my gamertag if you don't believe me (BTNHFAN8504).
Yeah Scene It was a major dissappointment and I won't be buying the sequal until I see some good solid proof of DLC.

I like how the website's already integrated PSN, letting you login with ur PSN ID. It's just a shame it doesn't seem to be working for me :S

Nice to see a company go beyond the usual develop and release technique with no updates. Not many companies allow you to make your own content and put it in-game. Unreal/UT3 is the only game I can think of.
Will definitely pick this game up for my girl, big movie geek and loves quiz games like this. Wasn't a buzz fan to ever start with but may just just end up picking this one up.

ihatebioshock @ Jun 30th 2008 1:53PM
Yeah me too, I hope it's not been wiped because I spent AGES setting them up :(
If anyone know's what's happened please tell us.
ihatebioshock @ Jul 2nd 2008 7:03AM
oh they are back up now - thankfully :)
