Siren: Blood Curse episodes will average around 600 MB each
In a preview from ThreeSpeech, there's a coy mention of file size for Siren: Blood Curse and its episodic content. It appears each episode will average around 600 MB each. As stated in the preview, the episodes will obviously have varying range but shouldn't be too far from the average.
Considering that there are 12 episodes in total, expect to set aside a good 7.2 GB if you want to keep them all on your system. However, ThreeSpeech reminds you in the article that it is completely possible to delete an episode and then redownload it whenever you feel like. So space shouldn't be that much of an issue. Siren: Blood Curse is still set for release this summer for both North America and Europe.

I'm serious about this. I really hope Sony bring the BluRay version to US as Japan.

Jad i had a problem using the psn store too. You have to enter all the info exactly how your bank has it. so next time they send you a statement copy your address letter for letter. it worked for me.

if the episodes are $5 each i'll download them if not, i'll wait for the blu-ray version

They're dividing the game into 12 episodes? Yeah, that'd better be $5 each then (5*12=60). 7.2gb? This is just stupid. Give us the Blu-ray, SCEA!

This game is looking awesome creepy! I think size isn't the issue but price. I agree 5 bucks a episode is cool, anymore...eeeehhh. I see this game as a plus to own PS3....I don't think I have ever seen anything of this graphical quality on XBL

Can't the episodes be stored on SD Flash cards, too? I don't see what the problem is: if you don't want them eating up your hard drive, save them to memory cards. You may have to load them back on to the HD when you want to play them, but maybe it could run off the card--has anyone tried this with other games?
Of course, those without the card-readers on their PS3 will have to use the HD, though.

Why would they let you move them to memory cards? They don't allow that for demos/PSN games.
Just upgrade or free up some HDD space, it's better than having to use a disc anyway.
