Ikki Tousen website shows why it will never come to the US

First off, most of the links on this post are slightly NSFW. Nothing graphic, but you probably don't want your boss to catch you looking at it. Now we got that out of the way, let the fun begin.

As reported before, Ikki Tousen is basically Sailor Moon remade as a fighting game by males, where the female warrior's clothes explode when they receive damage. The official website launched late last month shows us all the juicy details, including each girl's body measurements, the very unique Costume Destruction System, screenshots including the girls in shredded clothes, having been defeated by their opponents and the most important aspect, the story. Finally, they have a blog where the creators of the game post pictures like this. Look for this game in Japan on October 2nd.

Ikki Tousen is about as far from sailor moon as you could get =p. That said this game looks par for the course as far as what you'd expect a game made from IT to be. The show its self is basically all fanservice in the form of fighting, and the game looks to be no different. I'm always up for an anime brawl on the PSP (Bleach, Gundam, etc) so I can't see why this one should be any different.

It's just weird that cartoon girls and cg girls turn people on, I think that's just odd.

Dead or Alive, this, tomb raider, come on. I'd rather see some girls gone wild bonus scenes than this

You can get those "wild" scenes everywhere on the net. They're as standard as it gets. Interacting with the girls is the fun part!

BTW, it's not just a random game, there's actually an anime series on which it's based on. There's even a PS2 game out already. Looks sick, I'll definetely import (If I can)

People have found art attractive since the dawn of man, from cave drawings to renaissance paintings and sculpture....and now CG.

It's quite natural to find a depiction of a beautiful woman....beautiful.

What is NOT natural is to substitute it for real companionship or develop a relationship with it. (Which does go on quite a bit these days, both in Japan and elsewhere.)

No, it's not normal to find anime, cg girls far from realistic attractive.

I can understand to a small degree that a portrait of a girl is attractive because well that's an image from a real being. I can't see a pokemon female attractive, nor can I find the girls from final fantasy the game hot, I for sure can't find a batman or superman cartoon girl hot to me that's not normal. Just because they have bumps for boobs and a curvy ass doesn't make them attractive.

If I drew up a female dog with curves like a real woman, what will you do?

If I drew a dogs face to semi resemble a human, but it's clearly an animal and the body accordingly, but still human like, will you guys drool?

That's not only weird to me, but sick.

Like I said earlier if it's a portrait of a real person okay, a fictional thing that's humanoid no.

But I don't hate you because you are attracted to cartoons, to each their own. I'm not a prejudice. If we met and I thought you were cool, I wouldn't hate you because you told me cartoon girls are gorgeous.
