Star Ocean officially set for US release, coming October

While we're glad to see this news, it's a little disparaging to note that for PSP fans, this is all Square Enix will have to show at E3. Other high profile PSP releases, like Dissidia and Kingdom Hearts, will not be making an appearance at the show. Guess we're going to have to wait until Tokyo Game Show to get our hands on Square's other titles.

The ports looked kinda underwhelming IMO, but hey, it's traditional japanese RPG goodness. I need some of that :)

The port of Star Ocean 2 (Second Story/Second Evolution) looks underwhelming, but the port of the first Star Ocean looks to be anything but.

Thank you Square. I almost won a bid for Star Ocean 2 on eBay but got outbid by 150 bucks but now that I know these are coming these games are 50 bucks well spent or is it 40.

Can't wait for October. I have waited for this game for sooooo long. Star Ocean 2 isn't as high up on my list, it is the first one I want the most.

I think I just woke up my neighbors with my screams of excitement.
Day1 purchase of both games for me. Even if I'm going to rip them to my memory stick, a Star Ocean UMD Case is something to show off with pride. :)
