Sega presents: When Sonics Attack!

We are unsure what message this COPS-style video is trying to convey, but it sounds like Sega is pleading with gamers to give the blue hedgehog yet another chance. Unlike the previous trailer, this Sonic Unleashed teaser features no gameplay footage and a more serious tone. The voice-over tells us a creature with blue hair and seemingly the shape of Sonic has been attacking (or at least waking up) unsuspecting citizens from all over the world, complete with an exact time and date. Is this Sonic gone evil? Is it Scourge? Is it Shadow? We'll find out more at E3 next week.

"We'll find out more at E3 next week." ??? Please tell me you guys are joking or atleast be reasonable and say, "Sonic sucked so much recently we haven't been following or viewing any Sonic Unleashed trailers." Anyway, my point is this is obviously talking about the werewolf Sonic who transforms at night, the main theme most of the trailers and obviously hinted at in this one. Good grief...yeah they're talking about Shadow..

This was a good attempt by Sega, but it def. lacks some flow. I kept expecting to see one shot of the furry lil devil jumping over people's heads and getting a huge crowd response, screams, then shaky-cam trying to follow the thing.

how about a m rated sonic game with violence and blood? and have sonic do things like slice enemies in half and stuff....
