DeforMAKulizer @ Jul 21st 2008 4:41PM

YoppaDo @ Jul 28th 2008 2:17PM
Aww, I was expecting some Toto - Africa, dissapointment.
OT: verrrry nice.
Eggy @ Jul 21st 2008 7:15PM
Oh please none of that crap.

Looks good, sounds better.
Sauvage @ Jul 21st 2008 5:09PM
Was Mjed watching the same video I was watching? What the hell does he mean by static. Every change of scenery was not static. Trees were moving in the breeze, animals scurrying around. Not one scene was static!
Titchimp @ Jul 21st 2008 5:18PM
If they've spent all this time making the landscape beautiful and the animals natural i'll be disapointed if they wont let me shoot them.
Neuromancer @ Jul 21st 2008 5:44PM
With a camera maybe. "Take nothing but photos... Leave nothing but foot prints. This is the AFRIKA way."
On a serious note, this game looks pretty cool. They should do a scuba diving game next, like Endless Ocean.

Boy - such a great looking piece of art(?) or at least some animated chill-out wallpaper. Please Sony release that game on the european PSN! Please!
DeforMAKulizer @ Jul 21st 2008 5:38PM
Even my dad wants to get this game....
Its sooo relaxing.... I just cant get myself to stop watching the video...
Whoppy @ Jul 21st 2008 5:42PM
If it doesn't sell well they can always release a DLC patch that turns it into a hunting game.
Or provide the safari equivalent of a squirrelpult.
Neuromancer @ Jul 21st 2008 5:48PM
Oh wait, they are:

Anyone know if either of these games are actually coming to the US?
alan @ Jul 21st 2008 6:27PM
I think this game could be an indie-hit as long as they do it properly...
I actually want to compare this game to a flash game which was very popular once;
you started as a photographer and you just shot video or stills of certain objects, and depending how steady/revealing your footage was, you were paid for it. Then, you could go and buy different lens, different gear.... all in the name of making better shots and getting paid even better.
these sorts of light RPG elements could really make such a beautiful game as this flat-out addictive.
However, i doubt it'll happen.

This is like the user-created slide show in GT-IV, nice. I hope this is successful and they come out with "Skotland", Enkland, North Amerika, South Amerika, etc. Seriously, though, to have these gorgeous places mapped, and play to music, wow.

THIS GAME NEEDS HOME INTEGRATION SONY
k so they want to make home abit more interesting, what if I could go from home to this game , with my home avatar, and go with my friends from home. Basically just allowing you to be in Africa with your friends as your home avatars, and placing your photo's in your Home, maybe in the game you can win Africa inspired furniture and ware's as rewards, and trophies, maybe you could view and share your photo's ala singstar.
Just thoughts, I really really hope they do the home integration this game seems like a perfect candidate. Maybe I should work for playstation, I have alot of idea's.

I'm putting my money on a poaching game.
Chris @ Jul 22nd 2008 4:42PM
I'll be playing this for sure... Though I'm a bit certain the whole experience will be damaged by poorly-written and immature in-game dialogue.
