Considering that E3 wasn't worth a damn this year, that's impressive. Leipzig and the Tokyo Game Show will have much better stuff from Sony and maybe even Nintendo.

really? Well Sony probably tied with Microsoft and had the most solid press con but they ignored some key things like Home, PSP's PS Store, and a few other things.

This year was pretty lackluster for press conferences but it was just as awesome for the actual games.

Yeah if you were to take away the Microsoft/Square announcement, their stable was pretty shallow. I don't foresee my 360 getting turned on for a very long time.

Meanwhile, Just about every game Sony showed I am excited to play.

*disclaimer: I don't like Gears of War, owned it then sold it. And Fable 2: Electric Boogaloo is not my kind of RPG. (Original xbox title was pretty disappointing for me)

Well Gears of War 2 is lookin damn good just because it seems to remedy almost all of the complaints from the first game.

The same goes for Fable. A lot of people said Fable was ahead of its time but now Fable 2 is a fully-realized concept.

Plus I don't think you'd want to turn on your 360 when that awful XMB rip-off dashboard is released.

(I'm not a 360 fanboy so please don't tear me to pieces, but I can appreciate a good game when I see one.)

well they will need about 4 to 5 DVD`s so it might cost up to $80 maybe even $90 (Multi disk games always cost more) usually its like + $5 for every extra disk. But ask that question on brick fanboy, but you are WAY better of with the PS3 version. And if you have a PS3 buy the Japanese version of FF13 at least this one wont get dumped down like the U.S/EU PS3 Version might get.

I'm actually guessing FFXIII will fit on, at the most, 2 discs. If you think about Square Enix's previous games on the PS2 all of their games fit on 1 disc. Including FFXII and that game looks better than some next-gen games and it was MASSIVE.

SE is good at compromising, so the 360 fans won't lose much in comparison to the PS3.

I have a PS3, I really like my PS3, But for some reason I get defensive when someone attacks the 360? Why? I am still so used to ripping on the PS3 that it feels second nature I guess.

$5 extra per disc? Lost Odyssey was on 4 DVDs and it was priced the same as any other game: $60. Don't know where you got that idea from.

This years E3 from Sony was okay, I wouldn't say its the absolute best they had, wish they announced some new features for the system via firmware upgradem, but oh well.

Resistance, Fallout, and inFamous are the main ones I'm waiting to pop out.

Also wish Fat Princess had some spotlight time too, it deserved it.
