Bioshock will have PS3 unique trophies
Over at PlayStation.Blog, 2K Marin game designer Tynan Wales assures us there will be unique trophies for the PS3 port of Bioshock. Earlier, a partial list of trophies were made available, with every single one identical to a Xbox 360 achievement. This lead to the assumption the rest of the trophies would follow suit. Not so, apparently.
Wales spilled the beans only on two of these unique trophies: a Gold trophy named "A Man Chooses" which requires one to complete the game on Survivor difficulty, and another known as "I Chose The Impossible" which dictates a player must complete the game on Survivor difficulty with the Vita-Chambers turned off.
Keep in mind, even though these trophies are technically unique, they are simply upgraded versions of the "Seriously Good At This" and "Brass Balls" achievements of the Xbox 360 version with the new PS3-exclusive Survivor difficulty. And in case you are wondering: yes, the above is the official final cover for Bioshock on the PS3.

looks like developers are starting to get trophy support now, uncharted, now this, now all we need is trophy support in mgs4!!!

Yeah, Konami has been strangely silent on trophy support. I remember before MGS4 dropped they kept saying how it would have trophies. Now that the PS3 supports them, Konami falls silent. Weird.

I played it on my brother's 360, and i loved it. So i guess for the PS3, ill worship it =D... YAY!!!! I basically have to save up money to buy about 11 games in October/November not to mention PSN releases... "Money money money"....

There won't be any Home icons on any games, at least as far as we know. If you're referring to the previous box art that was posted here, it was a fan's creation, just taking the 360 art and trying to make it look more like a PS3 box while adding something hopeful to it. No one has said anything official about any kind of Home icon yet.

It will come with Home support. The HOME icon doesn't need to be on front of the cover it could be on the back along with the BluRay, DualShck and the others icons.
