Khaner dies for love in latest Resistance 2 viral video
Glenn Khaner, who was chosen for this week's injection on the Resistance 2 ARG website Project Abraham, dies a rather horrific death in the latest video. What is different about Khaner death is that it really tugs at your heartstrings; if you examine his dossier, it shows a transcribed conversation he had with Nathan Hale where Khaner admits he intentionally failed a placement exam in order to be sent to Alaska. Now, if you listen to Dr. Aklin's recordings, she alludes to a past relationship she had with Glenn where she "broke his heart" and talks about the guilt she currently feels as she is falling in love with Hale. It is at this point one realizes Khaner entered into Project Abraham just so he could be in the proximity of Alkin.
Hale's induction video is now viewable and he is one of the candidates for injection. Currently, 76% of votes currently going to him. Who are you voting for this week?

I'm loving the NIN being used in the ARG. Nice to know 42 Entertainment was given permission to use most of Trent's new work. It definitely fits in perfectly and adds to the videos.

Actually, since Trent's new work uses a Creative Commons license, I think they can use it without permission. Still though, I'm sure Trent would have let them use it in a heartbeat after all their help with the Year Zero ARG.

dammmn i voted for Hale.... i didnt wanted to! i just wanted to see if that picture was his... anyways I cant wait for resistance 2!!!!.. i read an article about an inteverview with cliffy b. and he said that resistance 2 falls short to gears 2, i was laughin so hard... cliffy will see that resistance will own!!

Man, I though the first injection was nasty with him coughing up his lungs and stuff, but this took the cake. sickest thing ive seen. nasty shit. ughgh. lets hope R2 will be this gritty. I heard you will be able to shoot off heads and limbs! Bring it on insomniac. I voted for the heavy set guy.

Completely unrelated but.....
I just got a ps3 and for some reason it won't read any games that i put in. The problems all started when i tried watchin a batman begins blu-ray. all of a sudden it froze, so i quit to the main menu. After that it wouldn't read the movie. Now i'm trying to play the show and it won't read the disc, and it won't read uncharted either. Can anyone help please

I work at a best buy and i got it through employee auction, so now i'm going to have to send it back and it'll take like 2 weeks so i was seeing if there was a way to get it sooner

It doesn't take two weeks. From the day I received my Sony coffin till the day I got my replacement, it was less than 5 working days. Besides, it's your only recourse at this point.
Sometimes the Blu-ray drives die, that's a fact of life. Sony will swap it out.

The viral marketing for this game is crazy. Though I am curious to see what happens to Hale this Friday. Especially since we all know he can't die before Resistance 2.
