Mytran Wars announced for PSP

Mytran Wars is a stark contrast from Stormregion's other works, primarily because the setting is in space and not their usual choice of WWII or the Cold War era. As for the actual story, the long-short of it goes: It's the 23rd century, and humans and aliens are at war over resources.
The game will feature a multiplayer mode. No other details were mentioned after that. So a price and date will remain in the far reaches of space for now.

Hopefully this does well enough to warrant the sequel:

This game looks fantastic! An awesome breakthrough for alien and human wars! I wonder though, with gaming expansion, and with awesome mobile technology, like the Motorokr, could they possibly make these games for mobile phones? I mean, the Motorokr has awesome graphics, a full HTML browser, Java capabilities, and a whole lot of other stuff. I just think that would be cool.

Your sarcasm is either really murky or you are seeing more than I am in http://www.blogsmithmedia.com/playstation.joystiq.com/media/2008/08/space-the-final-frontier.jpg

I don't know, but I bet if I went to my friendly Motorola dealer I could find out more information on this fantastic new product, couldn't I?
Sigh.

It's good to see more games getting pushed towards the psp. With good advertising, it can be a big hit.

Turn Based Space War game? Sounds interesting. IF it is truely multiplayer with an online server, I would be hooked.
Remember the old days of BBS space trading games with turn based moves...max of like 30 moves a day. Fun times. (showing my age).

...Let's just hope the person who made that image isn't in charge of copyediting the English-language version.

OTOH, they actually got the A.D. in the right place. It should go in front, but it's usually put in back by mistake.

We can't do that. Maybe if you put a video over at youtube...
Anyway. The little info doesn't suggest anything, but I'll hope for the best. I love space-themed games and there aren't too much out there for the PSP. Specially starship ones. Oh... how I miss thou, Colony Wars.
