LGC 08: Street Fighter IV screens

Lots of funny faces in this new screens update for Street Fighter IV. Now that we think of it, we're sure you'd be holding a silly-looking expression on your face if you too were kicked in the stomach as hard as E Honda is. Poor guy, it just had to be Chun-Li too -- those legs are deadly. Catch the rest of the screens below.

i'm still cautiously excited for this game (not as much anymore).

i missed parries too much and felt their absence might break the game.

i peeked at a few matches on arcade machines on youtube and i have to say i am not feeling the gameplay.
granted it's not high level play that showcases all the possibilities, but it should still be able to pull me in to the experience. but it wasn't really doing that.

i'm sure fans of the SFII days are loving what they're seeing in terms of gameplay. SFIII people are crying inside.

I have a feeling this game will be pretty cool with the anime story in single player and the fighting style =D wish it were coming out earlier though...

and crying on the outside too, SF3 was to me was the best SF ever, i mean the animation was smoother than anything still out there, and the gameplay was limited only by the player behind the controls. I was expecting an expansion to that series...Kabuki how i miss you :(

Anywhoo still excited about this game, but until a true SF4 comes out ( where is Kabuki and the rest of the SF3 cast ?!) this will just keep me satisfied, not full like SF3 did..oh wait tho this is Capcom we could be in for a new wave of SF think about it:

I reckon it looks like it will be rather good. It's nice to see SF back in action again - it was my favourite game ever back in the day.

OT: If you scaled Chun-Li up to full size, how big do you reckon her thighs would really be? There's some serious girth there - she's built like a pro-cyclist!
