Silent Hill: Homecoming delayed till November [Update]

Update: Apparently, this information only applies to Europe. The US release date is still September.
At LCG today, Konami informed us that the upcoming Silent Hill: Homecoming has been delayed till November. The sixth game in the survival horror series was originally slated for a September release, but apparently the newly announced PC version will debut simultaneously with the console versions. From the looks of our hands-on impressions at E3, perhaps Konami could use the extra time to polish things up a bit.

ohhh! please this 2 months of delay make them re-think about that does graphics are from ps2 and not ps3... they storie and the gameplay will propably be a collage of all silent hills but god... it looks horrible.

Well that kind of sucks. I just pre-ordered the game yesterday and then less then 24hrs later they say the game is delayed. Well I hope with that 2mths they can polish the game and make sure no bugs are in it or anything like that. I just hope that this game turns out to be great like Silent Hill 1 & 2.

This isn't exactly a good move. September wasn't exactly crowded, but November certainly is - Resistance 2, Left 4 Dead, Mirror's Edge, Prince of Persia, and Tomb Raider Underworld to name just a few
