according to EA there is a NHL 09 Demo up as well. I'm not home to check but its on EA's website.

Nevermind EA changed their website and now it just says "in August". Before it said August 21st for PS3 early September for Xbox. Guess they changed it so they could get it out for both systems around the same time. BOO!!!

Why all the inFamous videos and themes? Isn't that game coming out in some unknown time in 2009? I would think there are plenty of other games to focus on this fall!

Does anyone know why the PS3 version of the Star Wars demo is 400MB larger then the Xbox version? Is something different?

I don't know I enjoyed the demo on the xbox. Certainly too awhile to get used to but once i got a hang of the controls it was pretty good. not great but still good.

Americans pay $5 less for RaC than the UK. Sounds about right. I guess that the rest of the EU is even worse off.

Just purchased Quest for Booty. And now for the exceptionally long download. I started the download at 6:35pm, and at 6:50pm it's 5% done. At this rate it'll be done in 5 hours. This is on a 10mbps connection.
On the other hand, I'll have great fun playing :)

i had no expectations for this game so that probably why im one of the few here who liked it. for a while now the gameplay vids have been looking average so i lost most hype. i definitely wont buy it but it was still a fun demo. controls are a bit finicky though.

Sweet update, picking up the R&C game, played the Force demo (not too shabby! Kinda GoW-y fighting with a mic of cool force moves and physics manipulation), and checking out the Last Guy demo. Add me if you'd like:

I liked the force Unleashed. Controls were weird, a little bit of a let down. But, i see it more of a Rent. Which, i will. It is enjoyable.
Although, Mine didn't play in 1080i, or 720p. It went all the way down to 480i, anyone else have this issue?

I find it ironic that Kratos is being added to Hot Shots Golf when the Star Wars: Force Unleashed demo is exactly the same as God of War with a controllable camera and sans dodge mechanic. Its a terrible combination especially, when, oh I don't know I'm BEING BLASTED CONSTANTLY BY AN AT-ST!!!!
Ok, gonna calm down. The point I'm trying to make is that the game should stay in dev for another few months to smooth things out. Otherwise I really hope the demo is not completely representative of the finished product.

Did anyone download SW: TFU? What did you think? I liked it, but I found that throwing things was difficult. It is so simple to pick stuff up, if there are enemies shooting you, it is hard to take their fire and line up the shot for throwing something at them. Maybe I just need more practice...

R&C: Booty
Great value for 15 bucks. Short, but you'd expect that for a fourth the price. Lacking in a few areas (like weapons) but still a great buy.
Rock Band DLC
Both Duran Duran songs are really fun on drums and guitar. Dunno about bass, but vocals should be fun too. "Get Your Rock On" sounds great, and is really easy on all instruments, tho there's a nice little twist near the end on drums.
HSG Kratos
Awesome crossover. I love the golf-club-head-on-a-chain as his driver. And his quotes are pretty cool too.
SW:TFU Demo
Fun, I guess. But there are some things I hope they fix before release. Clunky controls, graphics could probably be better. If not, I might wait on this one until I can get it at a little cheaper used price.
The Last Guy Demo
Maybe it's just the short length of the demo, but I don't know why there's as much hype for this game. I didn't find it to be all that great.
Warhawk expansion trailer has me really excited for it to come out!!

Wow, Force Unleashed is not great... I try not to judge to hard from a demo but I see nothing about this that makes me want to buy the full version.
Last Guy is funky, love the music. :) Are these the same guys who made Echochrome?

I did not have high expectations for Force Unleashed But I thought it was preetty good hopefully they will make it easier to throw stuff accurately and GET RID OF TIMED BUTTON SEQUENCES

I downloaded Questy for Booty from the US store. When it finished and installed I went to play it only to discover the title screen is all in Japanese. WTF?! Is it suppose to be like this?
