Unlock two new weapons with latest MGS4 passwords
In addition to the new codes, there's also new music for the in-game iPod titled "Battle." It's a track from the Plant Chapter in MGS2. It seems Konami is really cranking up the fan service ... and we like it!

I'd prefer to use my time getting pussy than to waste hours in front of the television for the uber l337 big boss emblem which means absolutely nothing.

i was just expressing my joy for more guns. i'll probably go through the game multiple times any way. i might just want to play around with the guns and make snake sick then look at a playboy. i sometimes knock people out, tap them to wake up then shoot'em in the head because they showed no mercy to another soldier.

Remember that these are cheats and should only be used if you're fully aware you're cheating to get them.
Getting them the original way is far more rewarding and will add a lot of 'game life' to your game.

I've beaten the game at least 15 times by now. UGH! really? again? . . . *sigh* alright. It's getting to be pretty sad that i can recite the whole script from beginning to end. HA! and then I wonder why I dont have a girlfriend anymore.

Thanks for ruining the game KojiPro! I worked my ass off getting the patriot and you release it for free. Thanks guys, really. You ruined the whole reason of getting the Big Boss Emblem, and now no one will try for it unless they just wanted to get the emblem. Not me though, I wanted the gun. Thanks guys....really -_-

I love the game but there is no way in hell I will play it enough to get the Big Boss emblem. Sorry but I just don't want to have to retart every time I get an alert. Getting the Big Boss emblem is for the hardest of the hardcore.
If you want to play the game to get the BBE then play it to get that. Don't be sore if the extra can be unlocked using a code. In fact I am more pissed that you had to get the Big Boss just to get a gun.

i would be fine doing the big boss emblem if there was a reload option, but since i have to quit to the main menu and then get to the loading screen, it's quite a pain.
big boss is just ridiculous.

Honestly? I'd rather waste time getting good at any of the online games like COD4, BF, and ESPECIALLY MGO. MGO makes me want to cry right now, I get HS so much.
Getting the Big Boss Emblem is a massive accomplishment if you can happen to do it 1 time through, on the first try. Anything outside of that it is still admirable, but boils down to tenacity, and brute force rote memorization of behaviors and patterns.

Its in the Official Strategy guide that a lot of the rewards will be available from passwords in the future. But...
1. If someone wants to use the code, let them, they still dont get the emblems and they wont get the trophies if they patch them or if they are in MGS4:S
2. Why make it seem people who get the Big Boss Emblem are sad freaks with no life? Mabey they just dont suck at the game? MGS4 has this feature were it allows you to save the location you are in the game, this can be exploited in allowing you to complete the game over a period of a few days without having to sit for hours on end.

Wow first Konami remained gagged about their passwords. Now they just can't seem to shut up. Too bad I already unlocked all the weapons and facecamos already. All I need now is 3 more emblems and then I can unlock that last iPod tune. Though honestly it doesn't really seem like its worth all the trouble. Although I might reconsider my stance if Konami were to add trophy support. (HINT HINT HINT WINK WINK)
