Ever wondered what an alien invasion of America would sound like ... in Japanese? Good, because this will hit the spot. This new trailer from PlayStation Japan highlights many of the epic battles that we've come to associate with the upcoming PS3-exclusive FPS. The game looks better with every new trailer they release, and this is no different. While this may tantalize our senses, we wonder how many Japanese (who usually dislike FPS games) will actually pay attention to this upcoming game.

Where the hell is the new footage of this game?
Insomniac has shown absolutely no footage. What are they hiding?

REALLY , I remember them showing mostly only gamplay footage during E3.

Check G4TV. I don't want to unearth links, but they have some exclusive MP footage as well as the Splicer footage (including a peek into Ted's Testing Playground).

or a game that took place in Japanese. Accents and language just add that much more credibility. SC4 sounds much better in Japanese.

That's an old trailer, just with Japanese voice.. Doesn't look any better than when I saw it in English like a month ago.

Well, at least you're right that 'this is no different'. It's the same trailer they released at E3, only in Japanese. Am I wrong about this? 'Cause I saw absolutely nothing there I hadn't already seen. It still looks great, don't get me wrong, I was just hoping for something new, based on the text.

the trailer is nice and all, but its too bad that they ruined online, the beta us nothing but pure crap and a rip off of COD4, enough said....

did anyone else notice the 11/13/2008 at the end of the trailer?

This game is going to be hot in Japan especially the online. I remember mad Japanese folks killing it online in Resistance 1, still not better than us Americans though.

I can understand Japanese, and man. Why is English => Japanese translation ALWAYS better than Japanese => English? All of the conviction, the tense atmosphere, and even the way the whole thing was phrased- All the same emotion, if not more, than the original English trailer. One step from Japanese to English, and its "I!!!!! waNT a PANCAKE. What is it sally!?" I'll be playing this game in Japanese.

hate it when they remove the american flag. It's not like they don't know it's supposed to be in america this time. They did the same with spiderman 3 when he would land infront of the big flag on the trailers they removed it for other countries. I say leave it and if someone doesn't like it oh well, it's an american game/movie. I don't mind games showing flag from the country I'm playing in.

Ya... thats kind of stupid. Oh well, we Americans have become tooo careful not to offend other people... Like the Mexicans coming from the south and ruining our country...
Anyway... I am getting this game FOR SURE!
