LittleBigPlanet bundle at French retailer, Sackboy trailer, Chinese version

According to French electronics retailer fnac, the above is the 80GB LittleBigPlanet bundle. If they are to be believed, the bundle will include the new 80GB PS3, one Dual Shock 3 controller and a copy of LittleBigPlanet. All of this can be yours for 399.99 €. The box art looks awesome -- we are sure this bundle is going to move systems in the regions where it will be released.
In other news, PS3Hyper tells us the Asia Version of LBP will allow you to select between English or Traditional Chinese text. This version, which can be preordered here, will be released on October 30th for Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore.
Finally, there is a new trailer focusing on Sackboy and his lady friend Sackgirl. Is love in the air? Check out the trailer after the jump.

That bundle needs to be released here. I think LBP could be a system seller if Sony really markets it. That or a Resistance 2 bundle would also sell great right before the Holidays.

The game looks great, no doubt about that. But I keep hearing people say it's a "system seller"-- I'd have to dispute that, simply because it doesn't have a juggernaut history behind its name. The Metal Gear Solid series is something people have played for well over ten years, and could easily influence the purchase of a PS3... I just don't see Little Big Planet having that kind of power over consumers who don't already own the system.

I just bought a PS3 this week for LBP, actually. So, yeah, it's a system seller. I had some money, found a 60GB machine and so I bought it.
Granted, I also planned on playing a couple BC games (Ico and SotC) as well as PixelJunk Eden and PixelJunk Monsters, but I have no idea what else, if anything, I will buy for the PS3. I have a 360. There is no retail game that currently excites me enough to buy it. Nothing exclusive. So currently I have a PS3 that's being used for PSN and PS2 BC as I wait for LBP.
So yeah, LBP will be a system seller, IMHO.

Can't wait to play and build in the game. A bundle would be a no-brainer for Sony, especially considering that they sent out POSTCARDS to promote the game.

Has any one ever seen someone driving an old busted up car that is painted all over in a chaotic manner in and effort to be artsy with there car? That box reminds me of that. No offense to LBP I will be getting it. Just a thought.

Btw - Amazon.de is also listing the same bundle - but for the standard bundle price of 440€.

Awesome trailer. Get more and more excited about this game each and every day. This game shows the capabilities of the PS3 and why it is superior to the 360. NOTHING like this could ever be accomplished on the Xbox 360. Keep these awesome exclusives coming sony.
