Free Buzz! patch adds new characters, costumes and features

Fancy some more Buzz! Quiz TV content? You've got it. Simply load up the game and you'll be prompted to update to version 1.10. This free update weighs in at 345MB and adds a number of new features to the game. There are now four new characters to choose from and new costumes for all the original characters found on the disc. There are also new buzzer noises to select from.

Not only that, but you can now completely customize your question categories in the options menu. Specific question types within each category can be removed completely and you can organize and download question packs from within the game. Finally, Buzz! will now take photos while you play the game using the PlayStation Eye. These photos are then placed in albums for you to view later. Phew. That's a lot of content for a free update. Will this make the long slog towards the "Lonesome And Loving It Gold" trophy that little bit easier for you?

Its not v1.10, it updates to v1.02... Just thought I'd point it out :-)

Nope, it's 1.10...says so after the update on the Game Data Utility screen.

What the hell your looking at...I have no idea.

When you put the disc in it comes up on screen Update to v1.02... Ok granted after the update the game data folder on XMB does say v1.10, but the download hadn't finished when I made the comment.

Is this game out in the us? Can you change the languaje or its just in english?

dunno if it´s out in the US but here in Sweden the game is in swedish, don´t know if the language changes depending on the system language for your PS3?

And damn that "Lonesome And Loving It Gold"-trophy is gonna take some time...

Tried downloading it like FIVE freakin times yesterday and got download error again and again after 33% completion. Anyone know what the problem could be? (Nothing wrong with the connection).

I really want to get this game, so it's good to hear that they are continuing to add more features and support for the game. From what I read about the UK/EU version it wasn't sounding as good as I had hoped, but with updates like this I can see myself buying it now....

On mine, when I put the disc in....it said new update, updating to v1.10.

i was told that this game isnt out in the USA, i have no idea if its region locked or not but i have a hunch that it might be as its not multilingual and are selling seperate copies to different countries

I have the German version, but as long as I have my PS3 set to English, the game's also in English... Of course DLC is locked... In the Austrian store there is only jungle-fun-for-kids-stuff available, no question packs...

They are rewriting the version for US, to ensure there are only questions that relate to US affairs.

All I wanna know is, can we finally customise what types of rounds we get in multiplayer (ie. friends in the same room), that's how I've played it mostly but I can't stand Pass the bomb (so random and pointless) and Pie Fight isn't much better when you only have 2 players (pointless)

No... I doubt it.

Still it's better than nothing.
