Eidos releases new Batman Arkham Asylum screens

We don't blame you if you forgot about the recent announcement of Batman Arkham Asylum. A lot's happened since then. Eidos is keen to keep the game fresh in your mind, however, and has released a batch of new screen shots to do just that. These shots show gameplay and art from the game, as most screenshots tend to do, including B-man himself alongside the Joker and some very moody images of the eponymous Arkham Asylum. If you're excited for this 2009 title then be sure to jump into our gallery and saturate your eyeballs in picturey goodness.

Wow...and to think I was dismissing this as "yet another EIDOS game."

The imagery looks great, very dark. Fitting for....The Dark Knight himself. I also like some of the Joker shots. But I'm probably the only one pissed that Mark Hammill is doing the Joker voice, I personally think his voice in the animated series sucked.

I actually prefer Mark Hammill's Joker over any other Joker. I feel the same way for Kevin Conroy's Batman. The animated series is the definitive Batman in my mind because it was so well done. It has a great balance of the dark and light parts of Batman mythology.
