Prince of Persia will PoP in and visit on December 2nd

We'll be honest, we're surprised to hear that Prince of Persia is going to make it out this year. We've seen very little of it at the various Summer trade shows. Only E3 judges have actually played it. Despite that, an official release date of December 2nd has been announced. From what we've seen, this game will be worth picking up on art style alone, but probably isn't worth prioritizing over the likes of LittleBigPlanet, Dead Space or Mirror's Edge. Which all come out earlier, anyway. Up to you though, really.

I disagree with Jem..I reserved this game 3 weeks ago and from what I've read from hands-on and seen in videos, this game looks like a must have! Not to worry. I only owe $11 on my LittleBigPlanet reserve and I plain to purchase Deadspace when it's released.

The art style is the game's selling point. However I agree, with PS3 Fanboy, I have way to many games to play before I try this title out. Dead Space, Far Cry 2, Fallout 3, Resistance 2, and Mirrors Edge round out my lineup

i agree , this title is really looking good but not as good as all of the ps3 games coming in the next months i will buy this game in june 2009 when i finish playing all the other games maybe it will be 30dlls by that time. I guess this is the only game the 360 will have by december or maybe they will still be playing gears of wars 2 or a madden game.

IF this were coming out in Oct or Nov I would probably overlook it. I mean with October having Eternal Sonata, Rise of the Argonauts, Fracture, and others and November having Valkyria Chronicles, Resistance 2, and MK vs DC. If it is coming out in Dec I will likely ask for it as an X-Mas gift along with Damnation and the Prince Caspian Blu ray
