Is anybody else getting tired of seeing this blog flooded with trophy updates?
You guys should maybe do a weekly wrap up of trophies. In the past two days we've had like four different posts just on trophies. It's cool that we have them, but when every game starts shipping with trophies, this blog is going to be a pain to navigate.

Protip: Install Firefox, click the RSS feed icon, add this site and others as a live bookmark. In the future you can simply click the live bookmark and SKIP the trophy articles.

yea its gonna get outta hand in a few months when EVERY GAME has trophies.....
like I said before.......a Simple flashing image to let us know there are new trophies in the trophy portal will do........no need to have it on the front page EVERYTIME........maybe only for titles such as R2, LBP, Infamous, Killzone 2, etc....

I'm already sick of hearing about trophies. This is the kind of thing that should be on Gamefaqs, not on PS3 Fanboy. I come here for breaking news on games, accessories and the video game market.
Trophies are minutiae, not news.

Yeah. I agree that they should just have a trophy page, especially once EVERY game starts getting trophies.

Trophies should take more than 'literally days' to get the platinum anyway... although warhawk platinum is incredibly brutal lol

No doubt about those Warhawk trophies. You have to LIVE in that game for a year to get the trophies, it's ridiculous.

I think these trophies sound good. I dont really like when a trophy is play 10 online matches, thats way too easy. These dont seem unreachable and they arent pushovers either. The gjost ones will probably be the hardest.
On wipeout play 10 online matches is bronze, and so is finish a 12 race tournament, with a silver for winning 10 online matches. Those should of been like play 50 and win 25.
And I like the trophy updates.

There needs to be strong lines between bronze, silver and gold. There are some gold trophies that are too easy to get (Burnout Paradise) and some bronze that are bloody hard (PixelJunk Eden). All bronze trophies should be fairly easy, something to say you played the game. Silver should be for those that take their game a bit further and gold for those that have mastered it.
So far I think Wipeout HD is the only title that got it right. You'll easily get some, but you got to mastered that game to get them all. And mastering a game doesn't meaning grinding away to get 21000000 head shots in an online match.

race 10 hours for a bronze trophy, yeah right... it takes less than 10 hours to get a platinum in burnout paradise, plus racing games give me a headache...

That trophy is worse than making you have a PSEye for the Burnout Mugshot.

You don't need a PSEye, you can do it with any camera that works on the PS3. I used the Xbox360 camera and it worked fine.
p.s. This is one of the reasons why I love the PS3 in that it doesn't tie you down to Sony hardware unlike the 360. Having just popped a new 320Gb disk in I could not imagine doing that with my 360.
