There are a few "spoilers" here, but we doubt you're playing this game for the "story."
Someone's gonna have to explain that statement to me. Is the game crap or something? Why would you play it?

The story isn't meant to be taken seriously. It's a pretty over-the-top game.

I guess so. Looking at them, I don't think your PS3 can remember when you did have max UP relation, before, inevitably, blowing them up because they're so god damn annoying.

This is the only game whose demo i deleted off my PS3 in a year and a half, because it was so bad.

I agree the demo for this was very bad cause I had no idea what to do and too much stuff killed me too fast.
I had dismissed the game due to the demo... but forgot to remove from my Gamefly list... got it this Saturday so thought to give it a try before I mail it back.
Turns out the actual game is more fun because by the time you get to the point shown in demo... you have a good idea of how to play and what to do and you know all the tools at your disposal.
I think I might hold on to the game until I complete it before returning it.

Great new trophy list!!
I will be giving my dusty copy of Mercs 2 another try after this patch and even if the game is still annoyingly glitchy at least I'll get some trophies.

lol, I love late trophy patching. I've beaten the game, lent it to a friend who beat it, and then traded it in already. If you like blowing things up this will keep you entertained for 1/2 hour, after that all missions feel the same

Wow, is it me or does it seem like EA is making the biggest movement for making its games have Trophy Support for 2008 (Before its mandatory in 2009). I mean we still have games like Eternal Sonata, thats a PS3 exclusive, that don't have trophy support, but it seems that EA is making sure all of its big multiplatform titles (Mirrors Edge, Dead Space, Battlefield BC, and now this) are getting trophies. Maybe its because of that report that most of EA's profit came from PS3 customers....Just a thought

the game is alright the storie line is over the top the glitches are 2 many but its fun killing armies that never die so if you don't have it yet don't get it

this sucks..a quarter of those trophies are mission based, like if u get the mechanic, the helio driver, etc..I mean I already got them and what no trophies? does that mean I need to start a new game? that sucks.
