Worldwide PS3 releases for the week of October 26th

Big smiles on both sides of the Atlantic this week. America gets three big games in the form of LittleBigPlanet, MotorStorm PR and Fallout 3. Europe may not be getting their hands on LittleBigPlanet until next week, but at least they've got Fallout 3, Quantum of Solace and Valkyria Chronicles to tide them over which, from what we've seen, look to all be excellent titles. Here's the full release list:

Please keep in mind that release dates are constantly subject to change, so be sure to call ahead before leaving the house. Your PS3 is happy to play any of the above titles, regardless of where they originate from, so feel free to import anything you see up there. Remember, though, that any DLC has to be bought from the appropriate PSN store so if you pick up a US copy of LBP you'll need to download future DLC (and there's bound to be a lot) from the US store. Really, it's better just to wait a week.

so true S, to many great games coming out. Jem any deals for new releases this week, i liked the t'R'us deal of buy 2 get 1 free. here's to hoping they do that again this week.

My wallet is broken a little less when I received my pre-order of LBP and found out it's only 720p. I have one of those wonderful (albeit 3-year-old) HDTVs that don't support 720p.

Guess it's back to Dead Space and Call of Duty 4 for me.

You play LBP single player, finish it in a few hours, then switch off between creating levels for it and enjoying Fallout 3? I dunno, just a suggestion.

Too bad I read reviews that Fallout 3 isn't as open ended as Oblivion and the VAT system can get annoying after a while.

Too many good games coming out. I just got Little Big Planet yesterday, and The World Ends With You about 2 weeks ago. I have to complete both of them before November 4 for Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm. XP

I don't know if this has made news yet, but I haven't seen it on any site.

My local Game Crazy says LBP came in on Saturday. I was able to pick it up along with the available game guide. So, looks like LBP is finally officially launched! Hopefully others can all get their orders too. The store said all their locations supposedly had it as of this weekend and were free to distribute it!

Is this the best week ever for the PS3? I think so. I just got a call last night that I have "FABLE 2" reserved for me to pick up at Gamestop. Um, no, that should be FALLOUT 3 GENIUSES!! I'm so mad. They better not have screwed me out of getting Fallout 3...
