And by this week, we mean tomorrow. (The demo was originally planned for November.) The PlayStation Store will be updated tomorrow with a sneak peak at EA/DICE's upcoming first person parkour game, Mirror's Edge. If you've read our hands-on impressions, you know that we're in love with the intuitive and innovative movement system. You'll be able to agree (or disagree) with us tomorrow.
Nice. I don't plan on purchasing another DICE game for awhile after BFBC mic issues going unresolved 4 months after release so this will give them a chance to make up for their lack of ability.
That's cool. I generally have no vertigo issues with games, but this one had me worried since I play on a projector with a big screen. Definitely wanted to try it before I bought it.
is it me or despite EA being notorious game killers they are still managing to do a few things right i mean Demos, DLC, Trophies. And they are now actually producing some good games cooouugghh!! Deadspace

Will be fun to give this a shot.

I know nothing about this game, haven't been enthused, but if I see something good, I may change my mind about it.

I do like the concept of the game but, I'm afraid of heights so I don't see myself playing this. I didn't even like the heights in GTA IV.

lobotomies4free @ Oct 31st 2008 1:02AM
they're letting other studios produce the games
(DICE, Criterion, and wasn't EA Redwood Shores actually a company they recently bought?)
Fane @ Oct 30th 2008 6:25PM
EA owns both DICE and Criterion. They are EA studios. The games are therefore developed by EA.
Skulburn @ Oct 29th 2008 7:10PM
played the demo today at London Games Festival, its just the level from the trailer. But its awesome none the less :)
